BACK COVER #
Unbiased and factual, this book covers every significant recreational substance available over or under the counter today, from ehroin and ecstasy to alcohol and caffeine. Each detailed entry includes a physical description of the drug, discussion of its origin, its street anmes as well as chemical name, method of use, the likely effects of the drug on the body, brain and emotions, and the latent health risks. The issues of physical and psychological dependency and international law are also discussed. This is a clear and comprehensive reference work for those wishing to learn more.
