- Combined with Caapi / MAOIYopo snuffs are sometimes combined with powdered B. caapi to increase the intensity of the visions from the Anadenanthera seeds. The ground vine, however, can be even more unpleasant to insufflate than the seed powder by itself. Also, taking an MAOI can increase medical complications.
- Amazonian Snuff Powder"Roasted seeds of Anandenanthera peregrina are ground very fine with tobacco and ash. Most people who try this powder experience extremely strong (allergic) reactions or pain.
